Microsoft Surface Pro 3 Cover Keyboard Key Replacement (BLUE)

delivered in a reasonable time, was simple to install defiantly recommend for replacements

Although I felt that it took a while for the replacement key to come in, after 3 weeks it finally arrived in the mail. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the key cap was broken. I think due to the design of the key cap, done by Microsoft, the plastic attachment hinges on each key are small and are prone to being broken if not properly packaged? I live in Canada, and there was a huge "INSPECTED BY DUTIES" on the envelope so they could have broken it as well. But nonetheless, whether by duties or even by mailmen who don't care, I was pretty disappointed when my package arrived broken and useless. I decided to email replacementlaptopkeys and was surprised when I received a reply by James very quickly. I explained to him the situation in which he asked for photos of the envelope. After which, he apologized for the inconvenience and told me that he would be sending me a new one. Within a week, the package arrived, with the key shipped in a separate bag than the hinge. Overall extremely pleased with the level of customer service as well as the quality of the key cap. It looks and feels EXACTLY like the original, thanks James!!!

Easy to fit

Exactly what I needed to replace a missing key on my wife's Surface Pro 3 keyboard. Looks exactly the same as the original and just snaps on.

Just simply needed a new E key and found it here and it clicked right on

product works fine. price is fair, but price-difference of MS01 and MS02 is not understandable for me a video for surface pro 3 would be cool

One of the keys on my Windows Surface Pro 3 keyboard popped out. I bought one of these to replace it and it worked. Only thing is they sell so many keys for so many keyboards there is not a video specific to the Surface Pro 3, so I had to guess at a few things. But it worked.
