We usually ship all orders the same day, we use United States Postal Service, shipments using first class mail, there is no tracking information, if you need tracking, please upgrade to the priority or express mail options.
Exchange
Customers who order the incorrect item can exchange for the correct item by sending back wrong item along with a self addressed and stamped envelope (64 Cent stamp) and we will be glad to exchange it for you.
Please note exactly what you need to change it for, and dont forget the self stamp envelope, or the exchange will not be processed without a $2.00 shipping and processing fee.

Every order we process is custom order, meaning we find the correct keyboard, the correct key type, and then pull the keys for you, so please make sure you select the correct key type to avoid compatibility issue.
All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the return envelope, or the refund/return will be refused, to get the RMA number, just email info@replacementlaptopkeys.com with the title RMA Request and a note on the reason for the return request.
