We usually ship all orders the same day, we use United States Postal Service, shipments using first class mail, there is no tracking information, if you need tracking, please upgrade to the priority or express mail options.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it for a refund minus shipping charge.
Every order we process is custom order, meaning we find the correct keyboard, the correct key type, and then pull the keys for you, so please make sure you select the correct key type to avoid compatibility issue.
Refund
You have the option to exchange the product or a request a refund.
Returns after 30 days are subject to a three dollar process fee, please email us with a request for exchange or return before sending the item back.
Exchange
Customers who order the incorrect item can exchange for the correct item by sending back wrong item along with a self addressed and stamped envelope and we will be glad to exchange it for you.
