Replacement keys
Replacement keys and hardware hinges were fine. The suction cups were not quality - all cups were blemished and scrappy - not to the standard of the original part it was to replace.

I gave 4 star because the keys were great but they failed to send me 2 clear rubber cushions for the up arrow and a one for a letter key.
Other than the missing clear rubber cushions I would've given it 5 stars. I contacted your company via email and did not get a response. That's my reason for 4 stars. Other than that it would've gotten 5 stars because the keys are great. May someone please assist me with providing me with the clear rubber cushions that was suppose to come with my order. Thanks in advance. Stay safe and well!

14 weeks later, it finally arrived
OK, the product finally arrived, putting paid to my concerns that I had been taken in by an internet scam. But 14 weeks from order to receipt isn't a great outcome. I suspect the initial shipment wasn't made on 15 September as they claim, because the tracking details are incomplete. I chased them on 3 November, got a reply on 20 November and it was re-shipped on 23 November. Arrived 16 December, here in Sydney, Australia. I understand that shipment takes time, but 14 weeks is stretching the friendship. Product itself is fine.

Excellent Quality & Fit
