The Laptop Key Cap
This is the piece of plastic that has the letter on it.
each key kit purchase comes with the keycap

The Keyboard Key Retainer Clip
The plastic sisscor clip pieces that hold the key cap to the base of the keyboard.
the rubber cup pushes the key cap back up when depressed

The Rubber Cup
This is the piece of rubber or plastic that acts as the spring to rebound the key after you press it.

    I was surprised to run across a company that sells replacement keys for laptops. And after reviewing the many online resources they offer, decided to try it out. The process couldn't have worked out better. I just followed the simple procedure outlined on their website and was completely satisfied with the results. They covered every aspect, from finding the correct replacement parts to installing them. Many thanks to them. I typically don't give 5 stars to anyone.
