Thank you for great customer service. I initially ordered a key, that I thought would fit the PC. However, when I recieved it, it did not match. I wrote an e-mail to the customer support who ask me to take a few pictures of keys on my PC. They proceeded to send me 2 new keys which now had an exact match, and they did not charge me a single dollar for the replacement, nor shipping. Thats what I call service. Thank you!
