Microsoft Surface Book 2 Keyboard Key Replacement

With just one loose key, I searched everywhere for a replacement, the alternative was a new unit from Microsoft for £500 as it's out of warranty, finally I found replacement laptop keys and they sent me a new key that fitted perfectly at a fraction of the alternative cost. It arrived quickly and you can't tell which key has been replaced. Brilliant, just brilliant.

Replacement was easy.

I had destroyed my WASD but primarily my S key from gaming too much with long nails. There was no way to just get a replacement key cap from microsoft without having to buy the whole base unit. Replacement laptop keys provided a reasonably priced key cap that fitted perfected and looked just like the original key cap. It was easy to replace and they provided videos to help you through the process. Did everything in about 5 min and now my computer is complete again, I'm more than satisfied.

Great product and great service. My keyboard is as good as new.

Fit very well; instructions were clear; took me a bit of time, but that was for me; just be patient when inserting.

When your key is gone you need a replacement but not all keys break in the same way. I had to find a resource on Youtube to help with the installation. It would be nice if Microsoft produced a QUICK video of their own explaining that there are three pieces that can break and where to start and then how to work your way through the process.

The website is well-designed.

The keys fit in nicely and appearance is same as the original. The only less than perfect point is that the rubber /sillicon tip thingy has very different touch to the original tip.
