Shipping

We accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 Days a year. Orders are processed in the order they are received and rush shipping options, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in order to meet shipping deadlines. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Orange County, CA via a combination of DHL and USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and All international countries via DHL.

Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, but generally orders placed before 2pm Pacific standard time we strive to ship out the same business day, priority or express shipping placed after 2pm are typically shipped the next business day, orders placed after 1pm on Friday to Sunday are shipped the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 days, as shipping services do not offer pickup on weekends.

We ship to every country! International shipping logistics are handled through our shipping partner DHL, and will comes with tracking to your country or your door.

Exchange Policy:

Customers who order the incorrect item can exchange for the correct item by sending back wrong item along with a self addressed and stamped envelope (71 Cent stamp) and we will be glad to exchange it for you.

Please note exactly what you need to change it for, and dont forget the self stamp envelope, or the exchange will not be processed without a $5.00 shipping and processing fee.

Return Policy:

100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will do our best to fix the concerns or you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it for a refund minus shipping charge.

Every order we process is custom order, meaning we find the correct keyboard, the correct key type, and then pull the keys for you, so please make sure you select the correct key type to avoid compatibility issue. 

All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the return envelope, or the refund/return will be refused, to get the RMA number, just email info@replacementlaptopkeys.com with the title RMA Request and a note on the reason for the return request.

Refund Policy:

You have the option to exchange the product or a request a refund.
Returns after 30 days are subject to a three dollar process fee, please email us with a request for exchange or return before sending the item back.
