We accepts orders 24 hours a day, 365 Days a year. Orders are processed in the order they are received and rush shipping options, such as Priority and Express shipping, are elevated in order to meet shipping deadlines. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Orange County, CA via a combination of DHL and USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and most international countries via DHL International and USPS International.
Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within couple business days from the time of purchase, but generally orders placed before 11AM Pacific standard time we strive to ship out the same business day, priority or express shipping placed after 1pm are typically shipped the next business day, orders placed after 1pm on Friday to Sunday are shipped the following Monday and shipped within 1-2 days, as shipping services do not offer pickup on weekends.
We ship to most international countries! International shipping logistics are handled through our shipping partner DHL and USPS, and will comes with tracking number.
Customers who order the incorrect item can exchange for the correct item by sending back wrong item along with a self addressed and stamped envelope (We suggest $2.00 or USPS may report as under postage) and we will be glad to exchange it for you.
Please note exactly what you need to change it for, and Do Not Forget the Self Stamp Envelope, or the exchange will NOT be processed without a $6.00 shipping and processing fee.

Every order we process is custom order, meaning we find the correct keyboard, the correct key type, and then pull the keys for you, so please make sure you select the correct key type to avoid compatibility issue.
All returns must have a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number on the return envelope, or the refund/return will be refused, to get the RMA number, just email email@example.com with the title RMA Request and a note on the reason for the return request.
You have the option to exchange the product or a request a refund. All returned item has to be in its original condition, if there are damages to the key, hinge clip, or rubber cup no refund will be granted, returns for refunds must be within 30 days from the time of purchased.
Returns from 30-60 days from the time of purchase are subject to a three dollar process fee per key, returns beyond 60 days are not permitted, so if you need to exchange or return the key please do so ASAP.
