Please take a second to identify the hinge clip you have, the easiest way to tell is see if your keyboard have a slight PINK underlying, if so then you have version SA22, and if not the you have SA20 fill in this information in step 2 above.

1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

Below is an actual picture of the keyboard. Please confirm that the layout matches as well as the language.
NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

Ordered the wrong keys
I ordered Samsung Series 9 laptop keys and needed to order Samsung NP Series even though it is a Series 9 Laptop. The keys took over 30 days to arrive, but they did arrive. No directions for removing and replacing the keys, so that would be nice to be included. I am returning the keys for refund and ordering the proper keys. Nice to have that refund policy in place.

Almost perfect but isn't the same piece.
The replacement key I got for my left arrow key works well and is a perfect fit. However, it's not the same. The original left arrow key also says "home" on it. The replacement key only has an arrow on it.

Easy and quick fix for a huge problem
I ordered the "J" key to replace the one that broke off my samsung's keyboard. Took about 4 week days to get the package, it included all the plastic bits needed to do a full replacement of the key. The replacement process took me about 5min. Perfect fit and feels just like the other keys. The only small issue that I have is that my original key had the letter on the top right corner of the key and this one is centered, but that is understandable since the model I have was bought in Europe and there were multiple layouts and setups.
