1. Identify Hinge Clip Style
The hinge clip is the plastic scissor clip that swivels up and down underneath the keyboard key cap. It is usually either black or white and functions as the part that holds the back of he key to the keyboard.
Manufacturers often use different keyboard vendors during production and each vendor has its own unique type of hinge clip. Compare the chart and identify the version that matches. You will fill this info in Step 2 above.
Hinge Clips are not Universal so if your hinge clip does not match, please Contact Us for help.

NOTE:The default color of the keyboard we show is black. If your model comes in different colors and we have it in stock, it will be available in the color section above.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Our standard keyboard layout is QWERTY (shown below). If you have a different language layout the key cap and hinge clips are still interchangeable. If the key cap shape does not match or you require a different language layout please contact us before ordering.

Toshiba S75 replacement "I" key
There is nothing wrong with the key itself, however the customer service is the absolute worst! I sent several e-mails requesting them to contact me and the response time was terrible. It took close to twenty days after I ordered the key to receive it. The worst customer service out there. Noapology for not returning e-mails nor a reason why they did not respond. If I didn't need the replacement so badly I would have definitely returned it or cancelled my order and find someone else, plus the fact one key almost cost me $12.00, what a rip off.

Very pleased. I had ordered a laptop key from a different company originally and found out the letter was not centered on the key, even though we had double checked the model and type of laptop. I ended up returning it and then found this company. They responded quickly to my questions about the appearance of the key. It matches the rest of the keys. It was shipped quickly, and well padded. So, not all laptop keys are the same! Also, it was easy to make sure we had the right key and hinge/cap using photos by email.
